Once you book a service, we come to your chosen location—whether it’s your home, office, or elsewhere—with all the necessary professional equipment and eco-friendly products. We deliver a complete interior and/or exterior detailing tailored to your vehicle’s needs, saving you time and hassle.
Where do you offer your services?
We proudly serve Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Hamilton. As a fully mobile service, we come to you—no need to bring your vehicle anywhere.
How do I book a service?
You can easily book through our website. Simply select your desired package (interior, exterior, or combo), your vehicle type, and any add-ons you'd like. If you have questions before booking, feel free to contact us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and cash
Do I need to be present during the service?
It’s ideal if you're available at the start to provide access and answer any initial questions. However, key drop-off arrangements can be made if needed.
What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?
If the weather doesn’t allow for proper detailing, we’ll reach out to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
We'll need your service address and some details about your vehicle—year, make, model, color, and category. This helps us prepare accordingly.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes. We prioritize high-quality, eco-conscious products that are safe for both your vehicle and the environment.
Why is fabric seats clean an add-on?
Fabric seats absorb liquids and odors more easily than other materials. Deep cleaning with an extractor machine removes embedded dirt, stains, and smells, helping to restore the seats' appearance and extend their lifespan. Because it requires additional time and specialized equipment, it is offered as an add-on service.

You can also choose from a variety of add-ons, such as pet hair removal, car seat cleaning, fabric seat extraction, and premium wax treatment.
Do I need to provide water and power?
Yes. We require access to a standard water tap and electrical outlet to operate our equipment. If you don’t have access to water or power, let us know in advance.
Do you offer a waterless wash option?
Yes. We offer a waterless wash using biodegradable, eco-friendly products. This option is ideal for locations without water access. It can also be requested at the time of booking or used automatically if weather or location conditions require it.
